Technical Requirements

Please consider these stage requests and accommodate these if possible. Please would you kindly share this with the organising team/AV team. It is totally understandable that at busy event times, it is difficult to accommodate request. Therefore, if this cannot be fully accommodated, that is absolutely fine.
Adam's priority remains to do a superb job for your event. That'll be his focus no matter what. We appreciate your accommodating us.
Please consider the following in advance which will help in presenting. Adam kindly requests:
For Audio Visual:

  Principles:
    • Audio and visual quality are critical for the presentation.
    • Quirks happen (from experience) and most are fine. However one of the more challenging scenarios is if different versions of the presentation are running at the same time, on different screens.
    • Therefore, it is preferred to have a single "show" machine, as follows.

🥇 First prize: Adam will present off of his own laptop (MadBook):
    • Audio from MadBook
    • MadBook running to both the main display(s) and the comfort monitor

🥈 Second prize: Adam will present off of his own laptop (MadBook):
    • Audio from MadBook
    • MadBook running to main display, no comfort monitor, or MadBook at the back of the room/on stage facing Adam

🥉 Third Prize: Adam will share a presentation:
    • Audio from your machines
    • Your machines running to main display and presenter view on comfort monitors

Note: Adam has a clicker but if the laptop must be at the back of the theatre or auditorium he may require a longer range clicker

  Microphone:
    • A Countryman face-mounted mobile microphone ideally, or a lapel roaming microphone if a Countryman is not available

Stage Layout:
  • Space to present in front of the audience (podium not required).

Refreshments:
  • Some water on to take with or placed on the stage (ideally cool water if at all possible).
  • Black coffee is always appreciated before stage.
  • We are often asked for dietary requirements. Adam is often fasting but appreciates having options available. No mammals please, but otherwise very flexible.

Thank you most sincerely for accommodations.
